Foods that flatten your tummy... according to this month's issues of Glamour magazine there are five tummy flattening foods:
  • blueberries
  • asparagus
  • salmon
  • watermelon
  • citrus fruit
And then there are those items that cause bloating:
  • alcohol
  • soy sauce
  • canned soup
  • popcorn
  • dried fruit
Looks like we will be quitting our popcorn and dried fruit addictions.... but we will never give up our wine!!
