Workout Wednesday

It is WEDNESDAY.  Time to lace up and get moving... right?  Ughhh I am tired this week and I am going to blame the snow and rain.  Makes me feel better to do that ;) But some fun new workout gear makes it a little better!  Here is my week in healthy living (attempts) photos...

And some healthy meals to round it all out!
Grilled cheese (1/2) on Ezekial bread made with olive oil and some super low fat organic tomato soup.  Avery and I had the same meal obvi.

Egg whites, 1/2 of an avocado and veggie sausage 

Fat free vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2 a banana, honey and cinnamon.

I found the honey I use lately at Home Goods and it is so tasty and SO low calorie (35 calories!)  If you are in there, hunt it down!

  1. You're doing great! Portion control has been my biggest downfall. I'm two weeks in and a few pounds downs, but like you, I'm TIRED! I have found that a good protein shake during the day does wonders.
