Healthy Snacks

Hey all and happy Wednesday!  Today we are talking snacks.  Why snacks? Because try as hard as I may to avoid them, I will always eat an afternoon snack and sometimes a morning snack too (although not as often as I used to.)  I have been struggling to find healthy, filling, clean snacks.  I have a few go-to's that I rotate.  These are some of this past week's snacks...

latte with unsweetened vanilla almond milk // tomato and locally made mozzarella with a drizzle of balsamic reduction // white corn and tomato with one teaspoon of olive oil and s&p // watermelon popsicle made from homemade juice // handful of organic gluten free granola with a splash of almond milk, bananas and blueberries // pea shoots, avocado and cucumber with lime juice and s&p

These all took me very little time to make and are healthy, clean and filling!  Please share any snacks!

  1. Yumm! I'm a huge snack eater- I love snacks more than meals. I need to bookmark these for post baby when I can no longer eat cookies for all my snacks.
