Easy Protein Pancakes



I used this recipe which I found on good old Pinterest.   This recipe is SUPER easy and one I make a couple of times a week.  It gives a great combo of protein and complex carbs to get your day started!

{  Ingredients  }
makes 2 pancakes
2 egg whites
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/2 banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract




{  Directions  }
-  Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender
-  Heat a skillet and spray with nonstick cooking spray
-  Pour half of mixture onto skillet and cook
-  Flip after two minutes, cook for an additional two
-  Remove from heat, cook remaining half
-  Eat and enjoy!

I like to eat mine with the tiniest bit of butter and sugar free syrup with a small serving of fruit.
