Five on Friday: Workout Edition

I'm linking up with April, Darci, Christina, and Natasha for Five on Friday again!

This Friday it is all about workout goodies.  I have stepped my workouts back up with the cleanse and New Years resolution.  Everything here, minus the tank, are items I use daily.  I actually use them all beyond my workouts too.  I love, love, love all five of these and highly recommend all of them!

I love Blender bottles and have ever since I bought one on a whim.  I drink lots of Spark and protein shakes on a daily basis.  I can throw water and powder in here, give it a few shakes and have everything mixed together ten times better than if I attempted to stir it with a spoon.  I keep refilling it through the day with water.  It has a wide mouth for easy drinking, is easy to clean (I toss mine in the dishwasher nightly) and isn't expensive.

I LOVE (all caps love) these socks.  They make your feet feel so amazing.  They are thick, but lightweight and incredibly comfortable.  They wick sweat away like no other brand I have tried and don't wear out easily.  They're pricey for socks but the quality, comfort and longevity make them worth it.  I literally wear a pair of these daily.

I was always a FitBit girl until I was constantly looking for places to attach it.  I got a Jawbone and wear it on my wrist.  All you do is plug it into your phone for updates.  You can track your workouts and your sleep with it too.  It looks sporty on and totally makes me feel like a gym rat/tough guy... because I am obvs.

Josh gave me this top for Christmas and I plan on getting it in every color they offer.  It is loose, which I love in a workout top, and extremely comfortable.  Plus, it's Lulu so I can wear it all day and feel cute.  I need more so I stop wearing this same one over and over!

I need this pink one because my current one is red and that just isn't cutting it for me.  This bottle is BPA free, can be tossed in the dishwasher, and doesn't leak.  I throw this thing around and it never looks abused, leaks or breaks.  The best part is that even though the straw is leak proof, the kids can still drink from it.

I love finding new workout goodies so please share any you have!  I hope everyone has a fabulous winter weekend!
xo

I love that you posted about a shaker bottle because I listed new shaker bottles as one of the five things that made me happy when I wrote my post this morning! Also, spark...I couldn't live without it. Best. Thing. Ever. Have a great weekend!
