College Kicks

Does anyone remember how cool it was to wear sneakers as "going out" shoes in college?  Maybe it was just a Syracuse thing, but for a couple of years I had to have as many pairs of New Balance and Saucony sneakers I could in various colors to match my denim skirts, 7 Jeans (bootleg of course) and North Face fleeces.  After college heels and flats became a necessity, but seeing these sneakers brought me back to my glory days and I had to have them.  Where have I been the last few years?  Sneakers are fantastic!  They are cute, make my legs look longer than flats or sandals, and, GASP, they're really darn comfortable.  Maybe it is the mom in me, but I am really trying to find ways to incorporate these into my wardrobe on a regular basis because I am always on my feet, and my feet always hurt.

    1. You don't need sneakers where you are - too warm :) Flip flops forever!

  3. Sneakers, North Face, Uggs.. oh, the college fashion. These are all cute and I've even been tossing around the idea of getting a pair of Converse, too but not sure if I could pull them off!

    1. They are so comfy! I also don't mind the price tag especially considering the wear and tear they take!
