30 Day Closet Remix - Week 1

YOU GUYS.  First of all, it's Friday (ahhhh!) and I barely survived Avery's first day of school (more on that later) and... AND I got through the first week of Natalie's 30 Day Closet Remix.  I know, I know, the struggle is real.  I worked in retail and fashion for too long, can I pass the blame?

I survived on my August Lilly sale purchases, and the handful of dresses I am currently able to locate.  It's all a big paint-filled, tear-stained blur right now. Why tears? Oh, just this...

How I managed?

But, seriously, thank goodness for a strong bloody and friends whose babies are in the same boat.  Except by boat, I mean school bus.  And by school bus, I mean the one that forgot to pick up my child... on her first day of Kindergarden.

Happy Friday :)

  7. Love all of your outfits. That necklace is awesome. Your daughter's pics are adorable and I have heard so many stories about bus mishaps lately it is ridiculous. My son has autism and they put him on the wrong bus coming home on the first day of school!

  10. I cant wait to see all your closet remix outfits! I would love to do that but I know I would give up by like day three. I was trying to not shop at all for clothes and that lasted less than a week. It's Fall! It's a time of transition. I need things. Gawd. Get off me. Hehe! Have a fabulous weekend! PS - As far as the school sadness - it gets better. I sobbed every year until third grade. This year - no tears. Boom!
