Thoughts for Thursday

Today is one of those days in life you never think will actually come, and when it does, you just aren't quite sure what to do with it.  It isn't my wedding day, or the day I give birth to a baby, but something just as important and world-rocking:  the day my first baby goes to kindergarden.  How did my little lady go from a baby...

... to a full-blown kid about to take her last sleep before getting on a school bus?

I had lots of other fun post ideas but I think this whole thing is hitting me harder than I predicted.  It is all very real all of a sudden, and while I know I am not the first person, nor will I be the last mom to send their child off to kindergarden, but for me, right now, it feels like the biggest change happening in our lives and in her young life.

I'm sorry for the super sappy nature of this... is it too early for wine?
xo
