Superbowl Necessities

Who is excited for the Superbowl this weekend?  Neither of my teams are playing, but my Boston-loving husband's is, so this year (like many others) is extra fun.  Like any event, I clearly approach this like a fashion show (isn't that everyday?!)  After getting an awesome suggestion about it on Facebook (thanks April!) I decided to put together a couple of looks one could wear to a football soiree that isn't all sportsfanny.  Granted, I do love a good team tee and face tattoo as much as the next guy, I also love an easy look with a little bit of edge.

Superbowl Party #2

What goes better with a fun Superbowl party outfit than some delicious apps?  After reading about these amazing tater tots on Katie's blog, I was basically drooling and hunting down recipes.

Have a fabulous day!

  1. I love those wedge booties!! And I want to eat all the food. We are having a super bowl party but my hubby was fantastic and already called to have it catered so I don't have to spend time cooking =) Sometimes he knows just what to do!

  7. That first outfit is awesome. My husband is going for the Patriots where I think I'll go for the Seahawks, since my hubby's family is from Oregon and my heart is in the west coast :) As far as apps idk what I'm bringing or making. The eating is the best part though - prob because I don't understand football lol

  10. I hope a giant sink hole happens and both teams fall into it. That's how I feel about the Super Bowl this year. :-)
