I Survived Lilly for Target

... but no, for real, I did.  That was quite possibly the most intense experience of my life and I have had a couple babies among other things.  It was definitely an adrenaline rush and a once in a lifetime experience.  While I am happy with the things I was able to grab and bring home (most for Avery!), I was more disappointed in how people were behaving.  I think the best part may have been getting to spend time catching up with one of my favorite people and meeting someone fabulous in line (more on that to come!)

I am very happy that I was able to grab the last one of this dress in my size.  While it isn't the same quality as true Lilly, it is fun and easy to wear and it makes me happy to see it in my closet.  The best part is that it works dressed up (see heels) or casual (see Jack Rogers.) If you see anything else in a similar shape (doesn't have to be Lilly!) send it my way prettttty please!

I also scored the jumpsuit in the same pattern.  Should I keep it?

Have a fabulous day babes!

  1. The fact that this experience ranked among having babies makes me worried about society LOL! I do love the dress you got - it's so perfect for summer and such a great color on you! xo, Biana - BlovedBoston

  5. LOVE this! This dress was on my wishlist! I think the biggest disappointment in the whole thing was how many people bought stuff just to resell it on eBay. Target should put a limit on the number of items you can buy for that reason!

  11. Such a great dress! Glad you got something and also glad I didn't brave the crowds lol. I walked in Target yesterday and sitting there were two little girl rompers, I grabbed one for E. I was talking to one of the employees and they said it was HORRIBLE at our Targer on Sunday!
