I try to use my heart rate monitor as much as possible to get an accurate reading of my calorie burn. It's a pretty good motivator to make me work harder when I don't see the number of calories I want on the screen.
I'm currently rocking these sneaks.... right now. I go through sneakers really fast, but I have found that these are great quality for the price. My last pair cost double and I felt like they gave me knee issues, but these are much better support-wise.
