Today I am trying something a little different, and talking about workouts. There are two reasons for this, one being that I love working out and it is a large part of who I am, and two, because I need to motivate and keep myself accountable. Who better to do that with than all of my blog babes who are constantly inspiring me!
This week it is all about SPIN! I started spinning a little over a year ago with a friend and became instantly addicted. It gives you such an amazing endorphin high (endorphins make you happy, happy people don't just kill their husbands - go!) and forces you to go beyond your limits. Generally, the music is awesome and you get into a total groove. I had to put it on hold when I had my surgery on my leg last Summer and have had a hard time getting myself back into it, save for the occasional class or two. I miss it and I am determined to get it back into my weekly schedule on a regular basis, starting this week!
