Wino Wednesday

Today is my favorite day of the month for very obvious reasons - it's Wine time! Amanda and I are so excited to have Shelby co-hosting with us this month! I have nothing but positive things to say about tasting yummy new wins to share with you guys!

This link up is such a great way to think outside of the box, and try new wines I might not normally do, which led me to today's choice.

Sequin Pinot Grigio
This wine is "a cheerful, vibrant wine, perfect for brightening up any occasion.  It's light refreshing, and delicate."  Basically, it is slightly sparkling wine, and it is my new favorite.  I love bubbles, specifically Prosecco, and I love white wine, but pairing the two together - MIND BLOWN.  It's not super bubbly, just a light fizz to it, which I am sure would also taste delicious in a cocktail.  I am calling it now, this is my wine of the Summer, but shhh don't tell my love, Whispering Angel!

I am also dying to try their Rose, so if you see it, make sure you pick up a bottle!

Cheers babes!

  1. My daughter will love this. She loves bubbles! I like the name of it, would go great in a girly gift basket. Linking from Wino Wednesday - thanks for hosting.

  2. Sequin is one of my favorite wines! I love the subtle bubbles and the bottles are SO cute! I literally had that pinot grigio last week and I've had the rose once before and it's so good!

  4. This is one of my all time favs, and you know it's because of the light bubbles! I am all about champs, so I love wine that is crisp and refreshing with some bubbles added in <3

  12. Those slightly sparking Pinot Grigio are so dangerous for me especially in the Summer! A bottle disappears quite quickly. I hadn't heard of that one! Adding to the list!

  13. I cannot believe I haven't tried this one out yet - I mean it should be mandatory, right?! But putting the (amazing!) name aside, I've heard such good things about this one, plus pinot grigio is my summer to-go. Putting on my shopping list asap!!
